Here at Plastic Mouldings Northern Ltd we have over 25 years combined expertise within the plastics industry. We pride ourselves on supplying customers top quality products at realistic prices and always offer excellent customer service.

We specialise in the vacuum forming of finished parts in various materials for a wide range of industries including: Automotive, Medical, Engineering and Point of Sale.

As a company we are vacuum forming specialists and utilise a variety of techniques to allow a wide range of solutions and finishes. We have the capabilities to vacuum form a wide range of plastic components in a variety of materials including: ABS, Acrylic, APET, ASA, HIPS, HDPE, PVC, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, PET G, Polystyrene and PMMA. Our thickness range is from 200 microns up to 15mm, with a maximum forming size of 2000mm x 1500mm.

Plastic Mouldings Northern Ltd are also the only stockist of plastic and pallet boxes in the North of England and we have also recently expanded this section of the business to include box hire, supplying school, businesses and home movers with suitable containers for moving.

We also now produce and supply a high quality range of vacuum formed finished goods, Magnetic Roof Signs (driving instructor and Taxi signs), and paving moulds.
